Vegetable and Dip Platter: Seasonal Vegetables with Creamy Herb Dip
Maine Cheese Platter: A mix of artisanal Maine cheeses with crackers.
Fruit platter- Local strawberries with melons and grapes.
Chips and dips platter: corn tortillas chips with black bean dip, and salsa.

Passed Appetizers

Pesto Crostinis: housemade pesto and cherry tomatoes on toasted pieces of bread.
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus: local asparagus with free range bacon.
Mini Meatballs: Free range beef, herbs, onions and breadcrumbs.
Stuffed Mushrooms: mushrooms stuffed with vegetables, cheese and gluten-free bread crumbs.

Light Dinner Course

Cream of Fiddlehead and Potato Soup: wild fiddleheads, Maine potatoes and Maine milk served in small cups.
Chicken Satay: local free range chicken marinated in coconut milk and tamari with a peanut satay dipping sauce.
Roasted Maine Potatoes with Garlic Aioli: Oven roasted potato with a sharp fresh garlic aioli.
Fresh Spring Rolls: seasonal vegetables and rice noodles wrapped in a rice paper with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
