Local Sprouts provides lunch for many businesses, non-profits, government agencies and others.  We offer delivery, set-up and pick-up.  Our current lunch options are below.

Roasted Summer Vegetable Sandwich with Pesto and Goat Cheese $7.50

Maine Bean Hummus with fresh vegetables $7(either wrap or sandwich)

Jerk Heiwa Tofu Wrap with spicy chunks of tofu, greens, sauerkraut, pickles and shredded vegetables $7.50

We use organic lettuces from Laughing Stock Farm in Freeport, tomatoes from Backyard Beauty in Madison, and organic vegetables from Freedom Farm in Freedom. Other vegetables and herbs are organic and locally sourced. Our eggs are cage free and our oils do not contain GMOs. We always provide details on Farms and Ingredient sources, and we are happy to accommodate dietary needs.

Salads

Our salads can be a small side or a full meal. $4 for side, $7 for large salad. Minimum order is 6 salads.

Maine Potato Wedges- organic Maine potatoes with garlic aioli or ketchup $18 for 6 side servings

Mac’n’cheese- classic comfort food with raw Maine cheese $24 for 6 side servings

Rice and Beans- a great staple side with Maine beans and organic brown rice $18 for 6 side servings

Assorted Cookie or Brownie Platter $18 for 1 dozen

Coffee & Tea–fair trade organic coffee & teas w/ sugar, half & half, stevia, honey & cups. $2 per person

Maine Root Soda-Root Beer, Blueberry, Sarsparilla, Ginger, Lemon Lime, Orange $2.50

Lemon Stinger- new Maine honey sweetened spritzer soda $2.50

Crow Medicine Belly Mint iced tea. Made in house $12.50 gallon jug.

Apple Cider, Cranberry Juice or Orange Juice $2 per person
